What Roffy Does

CFD Ventures LLC, doing business as Roffy (roffy.io), is a lead intelligence platform for roofing contractors. We collect and analyze publicly available data about residential properties to identify homes that may need roof repairs or replacement. This information is provided to licensed roofing contractors as sales leads.

What Data We May Have

Our database may contain the following information associated with your property:

• Full name (property owner)
• Property address
• Phone number and email address
• Property details (year built, square footage, roof type)
• Roof condition estimates derived from satellite imagery analysis
• Building permit and public record data

This data is sourced from public records (county assessor and permit filings, FEMA flood zones, NOAA storm events, U.S. Census aggregate demographics), commercial parcel databases (Regrid), satellite/aerial imagery (Google Maps), street-view imagery (Microsoft Azure Maps), and skip-trace / people-search APIs for contact enrichment.
